Security & User Access

For example, you can decide whether to allow the teller to exceed maximum variances, process price overrides, invoice discounts, returns, quotations or orders. Recently introduced functionality allows you to set fields to request the supervisor password before changes are accepted. For example, you may want to only enable an invoice discount if the supervisor authorises the change. The screen below displays the User Access set up of documents, illustrating how to enable a user to make changes on a field, or enable the changes only if a supervisor password is entered.

Back Office & Reporting
